Creating The Post With Google Docs
I recommend creating your post inside of Google Docs. You can create Ai Content if you like in any other application, or writing application that you choose and then pasting your final version into Google Docs.
* Instructions for creating a blog post in Google Docs
Do not add any colors, styles, or bold to any headings
Do not add any colors to body copy, you can make body copy (not headings) italic or bold
*Important Note – If you create the text in Ai, or another tool, it needs to be pasted into Google Docs without any formatting. The easiest and “for sure” way to make sure your content does not have any formatting on it, is to first copy it into a notepad, and then copy and paste the notepad text into Google Docs and set up all of your headings inside Google Docs.
Instructions if you’re creating the Google Doc To Give to CWdynamic to Upload for you:
- On the first line include the keyword phrase that the blog post is targeting
- Include the title at the top of the google Doc
- Ensure that your title tag has the keyword phrase that you are creating the blog post for in the title.
Example:

Title: Restaurant Marketing Tactics That Break Norms
- Insert the full size featured image into the google doc sized at 1200×630 do not increase the size of an image to meet this, only reduce a larger image to this to save quality. If you are unable to crop to the correct size, insert the largest version that you have, or provide the best version of the image that you have to CWdynamic for us to modify it to work the best for your post.
- Add your copy in without adjusting kerning, line height, font, or any other styles, only apply italic or bold as desired to your body content.
Example:
The restaurant industry is evolving fast with modern tactics that push past common advertising methods. Today…
- For every main headline select the text and choose “Headline 2” (H2) from the text type drop down (default shows “Normal text” )
*One of your H2’s should include the keyword phrase that you are creating your blog post for.

Traditional advertising is a thing of the past for many modern restaurants. Instead, forward-thinking owners use inventive strategies that focus on genuine interaction.
- Use standard OLs (Numbered Ordered Lists) and ULs (Unordered Lists – Bullets) for lists without adding any additional styles

- Insert additional images directly into the document where you would like them. Try to keep these images less than 1000 pixels wide.
