- Our marketing use: You grant CW Dynamic Digital Marketing a perpetual, non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to display the logo and any versions we create for portfolio, case studies, website, social, ads, and promos. We may show work in progress and final results with or without your company name unless you request anonymity in writing.
- Selection process: Participation is limited and based on business fit, requirements, and schedule.
- No guarantee of selection: Applying does not guarantee selection. If not selected, you may be waitlisted for a future cohort.
- No purchase required: No purchase is needed to apply or receive the logo if selected. Timely approvals and clear requirements are required.
- Communication and timing: Selected applicants agree to a brief kickoff call and timely feedback. Missed calls or delays may lead to rescheduling or forfeiting the slot.
- Scope and deliverables: You receive vector master files and standard exports for print and digital. Revisions are limited to the plan on the page. Extra refinements or brand assets are paid add ons.
- Usage accuracy: You must confirm spelling, legal names, and any regulated marks or claims before final delivery.
- Publicity: You consent to CW Dynamic referencing your business name, industry, city, and project in marketing unless you request anonymity in writing before publication.
- Eligibility: For existing businesses in Elgin and Chicagoland that can provide basic verification. We may decline projects that conflict with our values, legal compliance, or quality standards.
- Changes to the program: CW Dynamic may modify, pause, or end the program at any time, including for capacity, with no obligation to applicants not yet selected.
