Emergency WordPress support is a flat $199 per session if you book a time on my calendar. If you need immediate help, and I’m available, it’s a flat rate of $499. Most issues are fully resolved within that session. If a fix turns out to require significantly more time or complexity, I’ll explain exactly what’s needed and get your approval before continuing, there are no surprise charges, ever.

I respond to emergency requests the same day, typically within a few hours during business hours (Monday–Friday 6am–9pm CT, Saturday 10am–4pm CT).
