SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

CW Dynamic Digital Marketing offers text messaging to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile number and given express consent. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, project and service updates, responses to inquiries you have submitted, account and billing notices, and promotional messages about special offers, discounts and service updates.

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the applicable consent checkbox on one of our web forms, or by otherwise giving us express written consent to text you at the number you provide. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CW Dynamic. Marketing consent and non-marketing consent are collected separately, and you may give one without the other. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the consent you have given and on your interactions with us, and may range from occasional to several messages per week during an active project or campaign.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent to or received from us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.
